The MRWPC will speak against the current list of candidates (especially 13 Essex Street). Limited to 5 minutes, it will be a brief discussion. The board decided to move forward with plans to have a feasibility study done by a developer and the HAHT.

It was disclosed that the Board of Selectmen meeting on Dec 5th would contain an agenda item that would decide to move forward with due diligence as to the suitability of 13 Essex (and two other properties).

The Miles River Watershed Preservation Commision presented many arguments against both a development at 13 Essex Street as well as opposition to the poor results of the current "basket of affordables" process being used by the Hamilton Affordable Housing Trust.
